SOUTH POINT — Thomas Everett Allen, 46, of South Point, died Sunday, Oct. 17, 2010, at a friend’s home in Huntington, W.Va.

He was born Nov. 18, 1963, a son of Sandra Watkins of South Point and the late David E. Allen. He was a sound technician for many local bands, attended South Point schools and was of the Christian faith.

In addition to his mother he is survived by two sons, David R. Allen and his wife, Lori of South Point and Colton Estep of Chesapeake; two sisters, Stephanie Collier and her husband, Larry of Kitts Hill; and Nicole Handshaw and her husband, Rick of South Point; and a brother, Steve Allen and his wife Vicky of Fredericksburg, Va.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at Brown Funeral Chapel.
