RUSSELL, Ky. — Charles Edward Stevens Sr., 77, of Russell, died Friday, Oct. 22, 2010, at his home. He was the husband of Betty Reese Stevens, who survives. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Evans Funeral Home by Bishop Henry Montgomery. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery.
