ASHLAND, Ky. — Frank H. Dowdy Jr., 89, of Ashland, died Friday, Oct. 22, 2010, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. There will be a private family graveside service. Visitation is 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday at Carman Funeral Home, Russell.
