Health Department offering flu outreach clinics

The Lawrence County Health Department has flu shots available for $15, or billable to Medicare or Medicaid. They will host outreach flu clinics open to the public at the following times:
Wednesday, Oct. 27:
• South Point Schools, Board Office (old HS) 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 28:
• Dawson-Bryant HS / MS (lobby) 9 – 11:30 a.m.
• Dawson-Bryant Elementary, Deering (cafeteria/gym) 12:30 – 3:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 3:
• Rock Hill Elementary School 1 – 3 p.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 9:
• Fairland East Elementary (Route 7 North) 1:45 – 3:15 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 10:
• Collins Career Center Coal Grove campus 12:30 – 2:30 p.m.
Flu shots are also available at the Health Department, 2122 S Eighth St., Ironton, from 9 – 11 a.m. and 1 – 3 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
