HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — F.E. Elliot, 89, of Huntington, W.Va., died Friday, Nov. 5, 2010, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He is survived by his wife, Betty Elliott. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete.
