IRONTON — Marian “Joan” Keller, 76, of Ironton, passed away Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky. The Columbus native was born July 7, 1934, the daughter of the late Roger and Ina Leith Sennett Fisher. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Vincent Keller.
Mrs. Keller attended Ironton High School and was a former food and beverage manager in Ironton. She was a member of the Elks Lodge #177, a member of the VFW Women’s AuxiliaAdd Newry 8850 and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by two daughters, Susan Diane Keller and Linda Carol Keller, and two brothers, Roger Fisher and Erwin Brannigan.
She is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law: Mike and Deedra Keller of Wheelersburg, Jeffery Keller of Bedford, N.H., and Charles and Mary Keller of Ironton;
a daughter and her significant other, Teresa Lee Spurlock and Lori Sites of Coal Grove;
12 grandchildren: Charles Arthur Pinkerman of Ironton, Scott Keller of Alabama, Christopher Keller of South Point, Amanda Dawn Lawless McFann of Ironton, Erica Lynn Keller Nelson of Kannapolis, N.C., Susan Marie Keller of Cleveland, Jennifer Keller of Cleveland, Jason Lee Spurlock of New Jersey, Katherine J. Keller Deer of Ironton, Shawn Michael Keller of Wheelersburg, Justin Lee Spurlock of Greenup, Ky., and Ross Tyler Keller of Ironton; and 27 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at noon Tuesday at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. Seventh Street, Ironton, with Pastor Darrell Ford officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery.
