PROCTORVILLE — Elgia “Jim” Day, 87, of Proctorville, died Thursday, Dec. 2, 2010, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, W.Va. He is survived by his wife, Maxine Day, who survives. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. today at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville. Visitation was 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
