PROCTORVILLE — Judith A. Taylor, 66, of Proctorville, died Friday, Dec. 3, 2010, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Fort Thomas, Ky. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville. Burial will follow in Centenary Cemetery, Chesapeake. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
