Betty Waller, 84, of Ironton, passed away, Thursday, Dec. 23, 2010, at Jo-Lin Health Center. She was born Jan. 16, 1926, in Ironton, a daughter of the late Mary Adams. She was a 1944 graduate of Ironton High School and a faithful member of First Presbyterian Church in Ironton. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Waller; one son, William Michael Waller; two brothers, Donald Rowe and Dale Rowe; and one sister, Ruth Hilgenberg.

Betty is survived by one son, Gary (Virginia) Waller of Ironton; six grandchildren, Rebecca Hitchcock, Douglas Waller, Adam Waller, Aaron Waller, Ashley Waller and Michelle Waller; two sisters, Dorothy Carman of Virginia and Frances Pinkerman of Florida; one brother, Jimmy Rowe of Ironton; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Tracy Brammer Funeral Home with the Rev. Jan. Williams officiating. Internment will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens.
