HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Estella Mae Coulter, 86, of Huntington, W.Va., died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville.
