Carol J. Stephens, 75, of Chesapeake, died Monday, Jan. 10, 2011, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, W.Va. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerald E. Stephens. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Centenary Cemetery, Chesapeake. Visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home.
