OLBH to present dance for your heart
ASHLAND, Ky. — Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital (OLBH) will host the hospital’s second annual Dance for Your Heart, Saturday, Feb. 26 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Ashland Town Center.
Dance for Your Heart is a free health screening and information event in recognition of February’s designation as American Heart Month.
Health screenings offered at Dance for Your Heart include body fat analysis, cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure. Dance performances throughout the day will include demonstrations of Zumba, square dancing, clogging, tap, hip-hop, lyrical, line dancing, high school dance team, modern and wedding dance favorites.
The event will include informational booths on a variety of health topics and OLBH services. Also offered will be free balloon artist for children.

PAC rolls out the red carpet
ASHLAND, Ky. — If you are planning to attend a prom, a gala, a museum ball — or whatever red-carpet event is around the corner, then you probably are already looking out for a new dress, latest trends in hair, make-up and jewelry and might even be looking for a way to get in shape before the big day.
This year, the Paramount is hosting its first-ever Red Carpet Party, Sunday, Feb. 27. The “party” is a place to see displays, fashion and hairstyle shows, raffles, prizes, shopping and more to get you ready for your next event.
The event is from 6-8 p.m. A ticket for the event is $10 for general admission or $30 if you want to hang out in the Leopard Lounge for some hors d’oeuvres. The Oscars on the big screen this year thanks to Time Warner Cable and WCHS TV8. If you can’t make it to the Red Carpet Party, the Oscars is free and open to the public.

SOPAA and SSU present ‘Romeo and Juliet’
