WHEELERSBURG — Lisa Dawn Chapman Warren, 44, of Wheelersburg, died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, at OSU Medical Center after an extended illness. She was born Dec. 12, 1965, in Charleston, W.Va., a daughter of Nita Fitzwater Watts and the late Donald Lee Chapman. She was the owner of Alenah’s Hair & Nail Salon where she was a beautician and attended Wheelersburg United Methodist Church. In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters, Alexis Shay Warren and Jennah Paige Warren; one brother, Robert Chapman and her stepfather, Tim Watts. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Rachael Dawn Warren, and one brother, Michael Chapman.

Funeral service will be conducted 7 p.m. today at Wheelersburg United Methodist Church with Pastor Perry Prosch officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg. Friends may call at the church from 3 to 7 p.m. today. Arrangements are under the direction of Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg.
