HANGING ROCK — Billy Moore, 71, of Hanging Rock, died Friday, Feb. 11, 2011, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. He was the husband of Francis Jane Moore, who survives. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Brown Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Hanging Rock Cemetery. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. today.
