PROCTORVILLE — Ramona Jean Miner, 80, of Proctorville, died Friday, Feb. 18, 2011, at home. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard W. Miner. Funeral services will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 21, 2011 by Rev.
