Charles Arthur Hannon, 67, of Ironton, died Friday, Feb. 25, 2011, at his residence. The Ironton native was born July 21, 1943, the son of the late Earl R. and Lorna Nina Sinkhorn Hannon.

Mr. Hannon was a 1961 graduate of Ironton High School and attended Ohio University for three years. He was in U.S. Air Force Reserve and was a retired clerk for the CSX Railroad. He was of the Protestant faith.

He is survived by three brothers and sisters-in-law, Glenn and Doris Hannon, Dale and Linda Hannon all of Ironton, and Steven and Mary Hannon of Jacksonville, Fla.
