The trial of an Ironton man accused of involuntary manslaughter has been set.
Dennis Clark, 38, will appear in the Lawrence County Common Pleas Court on March 28, with Judge Charles Cooper presiding.
Clark is accused of causing the death of Eddie Thibodaux, who died from injuries sustained during a fight at the Marlow Grill on Nov. 11. Clark was initially charged with murder, but a grand jury reduced the charges.
If convicted, Clark faces a maximum of 10 years in prison and up to a $20,000 fine.
Clark entered a plea of not guilty and will be represented by attorney Warren Morford.
