PROCTORVILLE – Charles David Rigney, 76, of Proctorville, died Monday, March 21, 2011, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, W.Va. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sally Rigney. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, by Pastor Paul Farley and Pastor Greg Tomlinson. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. tonight at the funeral home.
