Proctorville — Robert Swinngan, 79, of Proctorville, died Tuesday, March 22, 2011, at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, W.Va. He is survived by his wife, Minnie Swinngan. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home.
