Charles R. Mays, 75, of Ironton, formerly of Proctorville, died Sunday, March 27, 2011, at the Gable Nursing Home in Marysville. Funeral will be at noon Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Smith. Burial will be in Rome Cemetery. Visitation is 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday.
