Rep. Bill Johnson’s Ironton office will be in the same location as his predecessor’s. A representative from Johnson’s office said Wednesday that a lease has been signed for an office at 202 Park Ave. Suite C, the same place where former Rep. Charlie Wilson had an office during his term.

No opening date has been set, though it is expected to open in early May.

“We’ve got to get the phone lines and Internet hooked up, move furniture, etc. so that we’re ready on day one to begin working with constituents in the southern portion of the 6th Congressional District,” spokesperson Jessica Towhey wrote in an email to The Tribune.
