Ironton girls’ basketball camp set for June 13-16

The Ironton Lady Fighting Tigers’ girls’ basketball camp will be held Monday through Thursday, June 13-16, at the Sports Center.

Fee is $20 and each camper receives a cold drink each day plus a T-shirt at the conclusion of the camp.

Harlem Wizards play benefit game in Ironton

The Harlem Wizards will play a benefit basketball game Thursday, April 7, at the Ironton Sports Center.

Proceeds go to the Bethany Bibb fund. Bibb is a student at Ironton High School who is suffering from cystic fibrosis and is in need of a double lung transplant.

Tickets in advance are $8 for students and $10 for adults. Tickets at the door are $10 for students and $12 for adults.

Tickets may be purchased at all Ironton city schools, St. Lawrence and St. Joseph schools and Bob Linn Sporting Goods.

The event is sponsored by the Ironton High School Key Club.
