PROCTORVILLE — Robert Dale Duncan, 67, of Proctorville, died Friday, May 13, 2011, at home. Graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, by Pastor Buddy Lang. There will be no visitation. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, is in charge of arrangements.
