MAYSVILLE, Ky. – Bret A. Rice, 50, of Maysville, Ky., died Wednesday, May 18, 2011, in Fleming County Hospital, Fleming, Ky. He is survived by his wife, Jacki Hendrick Rice. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville.
