PROCTORVILLE — Rosemma Foster Black, 85, of Proctorville, died Thursday, June 2, 2011, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Graveside service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Rome Cemetery by Pastor Dwayne Shugert. There will be no visitation. Hall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
