Reynolds, 26, 45 Private Drive 125, Township Road 287, Chesapeake, cited to court.

Domestic — 8300 County Road 1, South Point June 5, woman reportedly threatened, suspect named.

Theft — 1300 block County Road 70, Proctorville Monday, 2001 Honda Foreman four-wheeler, yellow with black trim, taken from barn.

Theft — County Road 12, Proctorville Monday, 2003 Ford Explorer, dark red, taken.

Theft — Tinker Lane, Proctorville Wednesday, flat screen television taken from residence, suspect named, located, reportedly confessed, Andrew Johnson, 23, 1054 Tinker Lane, Proctorville, charged with petty theft and taken to jail.

Obstruction of justice — 600 block County Road 65, Proctorville Thursday, child reportedly ran away from home, located, mother located, asked by deputy for information on whereabouts of her husband, gave incorrect information to police, Kristin R. McMillian, 35, 661 County Road 65, Proctorville, charged with obstruction of justice, Jack C. McMillian, Jr., 34, same address, arrested on outstanding warrant and both taken to jail.

Drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs, breaking and entering, theft — Township Road 1039, Chesapeake Friday, man and woman reportedly walking down alley with lawn mower and pressure washer in area where string of recent thefts occurred, located at Traveler’s Motel, admitted taking items from outbuilding behind Chesapeake Elementary School, stolen bicycle also confiscated from motel room, search of room further uncovered medication and piece of metal used as pill shaver, Matthew Z. Lindsay, 21, 245 Township Road 1057, Proctorville, charged with breaking and entering, drug paraphernalia and theft, Amy L. Hesson, 31, 56 Township Road 1039, Chesapeake, charged with breaking and entering and theft, and Judy I. Smith, 37, also of 56 Township Road 1039, Chesapeake, charged with possession of dangerous drug.

Domestic — Upper Township Friday, woman reportedly tossed into pool and held under water, pulled by hair and struck in jaw, Derek M. Doyle, 36, 134 Township Road 612, Ironton, arrested and taken to jail.

Domestic — Fayette Township Thursday, Stephen M. Hicks, 49, 6495 County Road 1, South Point, arrested and taken to jail.

Endangering children — Grandview Inn, South Point Thursday, people reportedly passed out in motel room with small child left unsupervised, Natasha D. Strunk, 256 County Road 45, Ironton, charged with endangering children and drug abuse, Ashley Henry, 24, 106 Township Road 1467, South Point, charged with drug abuse, both cited to court.

Vandalism — 600 block Spruce Street Thursday, vehicle damaged.

Vandalism — 1200 block South Eighth Street Thursday vehicle damaged.

Shoplifter — Dollar General Store, Third and Center streets Thursday, citation issued.

Vandalism — 1800 block South Fifth Street Thursday, vehicles damaged.

Child unattended in street — 800 block Mulberry Street Thursday, negative contact.

Child in distress — 2600 block South Eighth Street Thursday, small child unattended and crying for help, adult located and given citation.

Theft — 1400 block South Third Street Thursday, air compressor taken.

Dog call — 2500 block South Sixth Street Thursday, female dog and pups dumped in street, unable to locate.

Vandalism — Multiple locations Friday, kids in white Cadillac reportedly egging cars, kids located and taken to police station.

Suspicious activity — 500 block North Fifth Street Friday, someone tried to remove air conditioner from wall.

Fight — Vicinity of Quincy and South 10th streets Friday, four or five people reportedly beating each other, Joseph C. Leith, 23, 1209 S. Fifth St., Ironton, arrested on outstanding warrant and taken to jail.

Man down — Center Street landing Friday, negative contact.

Female in traffic — State Route 93 in vicinity of Buffalo Wild Wings Friday, responsible parties notified.
