ASHLAND, Ky. — Ronald Eugene Blevins, 75, of Ashland, died Saturday, June 18, 2011, at Community Hospice Care Center. He was the wife of Rosemary Sparks Blevins, who survives. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Preston Family Funeral Home with Brother Joed Rice. Burial will be in Dixon Cemetery. Visitation is 11 a.m. until service time Tuesday.
