FLATWOODS, Ky. — David Lee Boyd, 60 of Flatwoods, Ky., died Sunday, June 26, 2011, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky.

The funeral will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods with Pastor Jim Pridemore officiating. Burial will follow in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods. Visitation will be today from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
