RACELAND, Ky. — Kevin M. Billions, 47, of Raceland, Ky., died Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at Community Hospice Care Center. He was the husband of Dava Mitchell Billions, who survives. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at Evans Funeral Home with Mark McKinney, minister, officiating. Burial will follow in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
