Dana Patrick Jeter, age 52, of Hillsboro, passed away Saturday, Aug. 27, 2011, at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus.

He was born Jan. 2, 1959 in Ironton, son of the late Allen Hunter Jeter and Eileen McComas Jeter .

Dana was a graduate of the Ohio State University and was a member of the Ohio Physical Therapists Association..

Surviving is his wife, whom he married Sept. 16, 1989, Kelly Jeter of Hillsboro, two sons, Zachary Jeter, and Christopher Jeter, 1 brother, Glenn (Susan) Jeter of Chillicothe, 1 sister, Susan (Michael) Clark of Toledo, and several nieces & nephews .

Graveside Services will be held at Woodland Cemetery, Ironton, Sept. 1, 2011 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Roy Lawinski officiating.

Friends will be received at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Hillsboro, Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2011 5 – 8 p.m.
