Katrina Anne “Teensie” Hackworth, 61, of Ironton, died Thursday, Sept. 1, 2011, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky.

The Lawrence County native was born April 27, 1950 the daughter of the late Lee Roy and Madolyn Boggs Hackworth.

She was a graduate of Rock Hill High school. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Gail Stewart and Annie Baranoski and a brother; Edmond Hackworth.

She is survived by two sisters, Rebecca Bailey and Freddie Penwell of Pedro, and Genny and Jeff Penwell of Pedro; two brothers, Lee Hackworth and Kim Howard of Pedro and Bill Hackworth and Anna Bailey of Ironton.
