Ramona graduated from Ironton High School and was a member of Ice Creek Missionary Baptist Church. She battled several illnesses; two types of cancer and a stroke. Against all human odds she survived which she attributed to God’s gracious healing power. No one was a stranger to her because of her love for the Lord and she gave witness and testimony to all whom she met of God’s grace, love, and healing power. We have lost our dear mother and your dear friend, but Heaven has gained a Saint that has come home.

You knew God when you were with us and you now know Him face to face. We look forward to seeing her again, united through Christ Jesus with whom we have the promise of everlasting life and we shall never be separated again for all eternity.

In accordance with her wishes, a graveside service will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday at Woodland Cemetery, Ironton, under the direction of the Haller Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in her memory to the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital, P.O. Box 183112, Columbus, OH 43218-3112. Fund #667529.
