“Last year was one of the largest years we ever had,” Wagner said. “We had 110 people last year.”

Proceeds will go to the city of Ironton for equipment and supplies for municipal playgrounds.

For the first time this year, the F.O.P. will team up with the Tri-City Cycle Club for a raffle to help Beth Ann Brown, a child with leukemia. Patrons to the ball will be able to purchase raffle tickets. Proceeds from the raffle will help the family.

Tickets for the ball are $20 for a single and $40 for a couple. Tickets are available from any F.O.P. member or through any law enforcement agency.

“We welcome anyone who wants to have a good time and help a great cause,” Wagner said.
