Hoop Shoot Dec. 20

The Ironton Elks Lodge No. 177 will host its annual Hoop Shoot foul shooting contest at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 20, at the Ironton Sports Center. Warmups begin at 6:45.

The event is open to boys and girls in age groups of 8-9, 10-11 and 12-13. Winners advance to the district in Newark. Birth certificates are required of all winners immediately following the shoot.

Ironton basketball

passes now on sale

Ironton Fighting Tigers’ season basketball passes will go on sale Thursday at the high school auto shop garage office.

Students can purchase passes at any of the district schools. Passes are $35 for adults and $14 for students and senior citizens.

 

 

St. Joseph season

passes now on sale

St. Joseph High School season basketball passes are now on sale in the principal’s office until Friday.

Passes are $35 for adults (boys and girls have separate passes) and $15 for students.
