Wolfe — who already owns five team records — improved on her team record in the 100 backstroke in the consolation final.

For her efforts, she was selected as a Columbus Dispatch “Athlete of the Week.”

Madison is the daughter of former Ironton basketball standout and Olentangy athletic director Jay Wolfe and the granddaughter of Jan and John Wolfe of Ironton.
