SCIOTOVILLE — Somebody hand the Green Lady Bobcats an eraser.

If Green could erase some of their mistakes, the Lady Bobcats might have encountered an different fate on Thursday.

The Lady Bobcats had 28 turnovers in a 48-38 loss to the Sciotoville East Lady Tartans in a Southern Ohio Conference game.

“We’re young and we’re still making a lot of the same mistakes. We had a lot of unforced errors. I just hope we outgrow it soon,” said Green coach Bucky Bridges.

The errors were compounded by a 13-for-57 shooting effort or 23 percent.

Green (0-10) was led by Brianna Bridges with a game-high 18 points to go with 10 rebounds. Erin Imes led the Lady Bobcats with 16 rebounds as they enjoyed their best rebounding effort of the season with 46.
