WILLOW WOOD — Now that’s how you steal a win.
The Symmes Valley Lady Vikings racked up 21 steals en route to a 47-36 Southern Ohio Conference win over the Sciotoville East Lady Tartans on Monday.
“We played with intensity. We were able to get some steals and that got our running game going. We had a lot of transition points,” said Lady Vikings’ coach Brandon Walker.
Kalli Hunt keyed the win with 9 points, 7 rebounds and an amazing 10 steals.
“She did a great job in the middle of our press,” Walker said of Hunt.
