TOPEKA — Washburn University distance education student Tracy L. Edwards, of Ironton, is one of 21 undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students recently inducted into Lambda Nu, the national honor society for radiologic and imaging sciences.

Edwards is a sophomore and is pursuing a bachelor of health science degree in medical imaging.

The goals of Lambda Nu are to foster academic scholarship at the highest academic levels, promote research and investigation in the radiologic and imaging sciences and recognize exemplary scholarship.
