— Jake L. Dodson, 18, 322 Ridgeway St., Cal Grove., outstanding warrant Monday by the Coal Grove Police Department. Dannie Martin, 38, 280 Private Drive 105, Chesapeake, outstanding warrant, fleeing and eluding Tuesday by the Chesapeake Police Department.

— Tera D. Milam, 28, 411 ½ Fifth Ave., Huntington, W.Va., complicity Tuesday by the Coal Grove Police Department.

— Wendell L. Cruse, 44, 322 E. Fourth Ave., Chesapeake, trafficking in marijuana Tuesday by the Coal Grove Police Department.

Burglary — 1700 block County Road 58, 11:11 p.m. Monday, three shotguns taken from residence.

Theft — Township Road 1043, Chesapeake, 5:56 p.m. April 6, medication, cell phone taken, suspect named.

Theft — 600 block County Road 411, Proctorville, 11:53 p.m. Sunday, TV taken, suspect named,

Assault — 1000 block State Route 93 rest area, Elizabeth Township, 7 p.m. Saturday, man allegedly struck several times in the head during child custody dispute, suspect named.

Retaliation, using a weapon while intoxicated — 6000 block County Road 19, Kitts Hill, 4:32 p.m. Saturday, man allegedly threatening to kill another man, went to residence of victim intoxicated and carrying loaded .38 pistol, Timothy Sanders, 57, 6705 County Road 19, Kitts Hill, arrested and taken to jail, assistance given by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Domestic/ endangering children — Fayette Township 8:03 p.m. Monday, woman allegedly menacing family, allegedly picked up child and carried him back and forth in and out of rooms, striking his head of door frame, allegedly attempted to strike family member, Children’s Services notified, Synthea Lester, 31, 631 Gronata Way, Charleston, W.Va., arrested and taken to jail.

Traffic crash — Lawrence Street near apartments 12:30 a.m. Saturday, car taken to impound lot, driver taken to police station for BAC test.

Walk thru requested — Shenanigan’s, South Third and McGovney streets, 2:16 a.m. Saturday.

Trouble — Bryant’s Group Home, 1500 block South Ninth St., 3:06 a.m. Saturday, subject causing problems, left prior to officer’s arrival.

Trouble — Bryant’s Group Home, 1500 block South Ninth St., two women allegedly fighting, no room in jail, one cited to court.

Domestic — 300 block North Fourth Street, 10:08 a.m. Saturday, woman taken to jail.

Domestic — McDonald, Ironton Hills Shopping Center, 12:14 p.m. Saturday, man in vehicle allegedly striking woman, unable to locate.

Rape — Reported at police station, 3:40 p.m. Saturday, advised.

Fight — JAB Lounge, South Third Street, 2:57 a.m. Sunday, people fighting outside, all warned to keep things down.

Breaking and entering — 400 block Mill Street, 3:01 a.m. Sunday, occupant came home, found person running out of his house, nothing missing.

Breaking and entering — Pizza Hut, 600 block Park Avenue 9:20 a.m. Sunday, business entered.

Breaking and entering — Kelly Med Care, Third and Center streets, 9:44 a.m. Sunday, business entered.

Man on tracks — On Railroad behind Spriggs Distributing, man lying on railroad tracks, 2:39 p.m. Sunday, removed and taken home to Bryant’s Group Home.

Fight — Hecla Street between Fifth and Sixth streets, left prior to officer’s arrival.
