Domestic Violence — 1000 block Meade Street, Proctorville, 10:03 p.m. Wednesday, man alleged father tried to choke him, large scratch marks on man’s neck, Rodney Maynard, 54, 1090 Meade St., Proctorville, arrested.

Petty theft — 7900 block County Road 107, Proctorville, 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, 26-inch flat screen TV stolen.

Burglary — Private Drive 8047, Proctorville, 7:20 a.m. Tuesday, 9mm, revolver, jewelry and $200 in change stolen.

Breaking and entering — 30 block Township Road 1301, Chesapeake, 10 p.m. Monday, garden tools, DVDs, cassettes, miscellaneous items taken from residence.

Domestic violence, resisting arrest — 40 block Township Road 1335, South Point, Tuesday, man allegedly hit live-in girlfriend in head, man allegedly resisted being arrested at his parent’s home, officer used Taser, Anthony Burks, 44, 256 County Road 15, South Point, arrested.

Breaking and entering — 2600 block State Route 141, Gallipolis, April 5-7, $10,000 worth of horse saddles and bridles and a silver serving set taken from residence.

Menacing — Dawson-Bryant High School, April 8, male student allegedly threatened to set female student on fire, shove a rusted screwdriver in eye and cut off legs, juvenile cited to juvenile court

Unauthorized use of motor vehicle — 400 block Pike Street, 7 p.m. April 11, juvenile allegedly took family vehicle without permission, taken to juvenile detention center.
