IRONTON — Aspiring writers and avid readers of all ages are invited to attend presentations and book signings by two Tri-State area authors at two Briggs Lawrence County Public Library branches this month.

On Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m., Greenup, Ky. writer and humorist Charles D. Romans will be at the Ironton library to sign and talk about his book, “Shrink Your Own Head: Therapy isn’t the Only Answer.”

Combining practical advice and humorous observations, Romans’ book promises to help readers become aware of outside influences, define what makes you happy, conquer fears and develop meaningful friendships, without the cost of therapy.
