Breaking and entering — 1000 block County Road 14, Pedro, 8:36 p.m. Monday, homeless people living in broken down bus reportedly going in and out of women’s window, one bottle of liquor, case of beer taken, Jamie M. Odle, 28, 2807 S. Fifth St., Ironton, Heather N. Long, 19, homeless, Jessie Lindborg, 20, homeless, and Nicholas D. Shaffer, 22, homeless, all charged with breaking and entering and taken to jail.

Burglary — Daisy Drive, Proctorville, 4:27 p.m. Monday, PlayStation console, games, taken from residence.

Theft — 7700 block County Road 1, South Point, VHS/DVD player, playstation console, games taken from residence.
