PINE GROVE — The Ladies Nine Hole Golf Association of the Ironton Country Club met Tuesday for their weekly round of golf.

Instead of early business, the ladies enjoyed conversation and refreshments brought by Georgia Willis.

After eating, Willis paired the 15 members present into groups to tee off. After the competition , the group returned to the clubhouse and ordered lunch. Willis then announced the winners’ list: Pat Riggs, Jane Mains, Barb Holmes and Becky Dillow.

Next week’s hostess duties will be assumed by Rose Auble. Members are reminded the meeting time will be 9 a.m. followed by tee off at 10.
