Museum offering Big Klu sculptures

CINCINNATI — The Reds Hall of Fame and Museum’s Signature Sculpture Series presented by Dinsmore & Shohl LLP continues in July with a collectible Ted Kluszewski sculpture.
Sculptures of “Big Klu” (Reds HOF Class of 1962) are free with full-price admission to the museum on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in July, while supplies last.
Distribution of the Ted Kluszewski sculpture begins Friday, July 5 at 10 a.m.
Only 6,000 are available and there is a strict limit of one sculpture per paid admission per day.
Additionally, Kluszewski’s widow, Eleanor, will meet and greet with fans on Sunday, July 7 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The meet and greet is free with museum admission.
The collectible sculptures are replicas of the statues that grace Great American Ball Park created by sculptor Tom Tsuchiya.
The series includes a replica of the new Joe Morgan Statue, which will be dedicated at the ballpark on Sept. 7.
