Roberta “Bobby” Jean Neal, 63, of Ironton, died Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Highland Memorial Gardens in South Point with Rev. Jeff Cremeans officiating. Elmer Dean Stapleton, 74, of Wheelersburg, died Monday, July 15, 2013, at home. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Chapel with Pastor Roger Lavender.
