Carl White of Ironton was 10 strokes better than himself.

White, who is 83 years old, shot a 73 last Monday at the Ironton Country Club.

The former Ironton administrator who also served as head football coachw was playing in a foursome with Bob Isaac, Ralph Imes and Ed Eldridge.
