MAC, TWC strike deal

CLEVELAND — The Mid-American Conference announced today a new regional television agreement with Time Warner Cable Sports as the exclusive home of MAC sports in Ohio.

Live games and extensive non-game programming will air on Time Warner Cable SportsChannel and selected programming will be available nationally on Time Warner Cable Video On Demand, as well as ESPN3, the Watch ESPN app and the official Mid-American Conference website

As part of the three-year partnership, Time Warner Cable SportsChannel will televise an expanded number of live conference football games, men’s and women’s basketball games, including both conference basketball tournaments, and all other sports.

ancillary programming opportunities and additional neutral site conference championship programming in the sports of volleyball, baseball, softball and men’s and women’s soccer.
