SOUTH POINT — Law enforcement are looking for a man who they say robbed the Speedway gas station in South Point early Wednesday morning.

According to a release from the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, the Speedway at the corner of U.S. 52 and Charlie Creek Road was held up at about midnight.

A white male suspect allegedly asked the clerk for a cartoon of cigarettes and as the clerk was getting the carton, the suspect demanded money from the register.
