Domestic violence — 700 block County Road 68, Chesapeake, Aug. 4, man alleged wife punched him in the face, pointed a handgun at him and threatened to kill him; negative contact with suspect.

Petty theft — 1500 block Township Road 519, Proctorville, Aug. 6, four-wheeler, scooter and battery charger taken from carport.

Theft — 600 block County Road 105, Kitts Hill, Aug. 5, firearm, medication and $500 taken from residence; suspects named.

Burglary — 700 block County Road 17, South Point, Aug. 6, TV taken from residence.

Domestic violence, felonious assault — 100 block Township Road 1086, South Point, Aug. 7, woman alleged live-in boyfriend assaulted her, broke her phone and wouldn’t let her leave the apartment and threatened her with a knife; Ronald Witherel, 37, of the same address, arrested.

Criminal damaging — 90 block County Road 29, Pedro, Aug. 5, rear window broken out of vehicle, glove box rummaged through.

Burglary — 1700 block County Road 124, Chesapeake, Aug. 5, TV taken from residence.

Escape — Aug. 6, female inmate allegedly left hospital without being medically cleared and did not return to county jail; woman later arrested and charged with escape; Dina Blasko, 33, of 516 S. Ninth St., Ironton, charged.

Assault — 2700 block North Second St., Ironton, Aug. 2, deputies responded to fight at Laidback bar; couple alleged they were assaulted by bar patrons.

Breaking and entering — 1400 block County Road 37, Scottown, Aug. 3, garage broken into; suspects named.

Domestic violence, theft — 80 block Township Road 1027, South Point, Aug. 2, woman alleged son stole $100 from her, grabbed her arms and threatened to kill her when she confronted him; Timothy McComas, 29, of the same address, arrested.

Grand theft — Private drive in Ironton, Aug. 1, pistol taken.

Domestic violence — County Road 1, South Point, Aug. 2, woman alleged father of her children punched her in the jaw while she was driving; negative contact with suspect.

— Robert Simpkins, 48, of 40 Township Road 124, Chesapeake, warrants for arrest Aug. 6 by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Owen Friend, 39, of 2434 S. Tenth St., Ironton, warrants for arrest Aug. 6 by Ironton Municipal Court.

— Sarah Kingery, 40, of 6081 State Route 243, Coal Grove, warrants for arrest and petty theft Aug. 6 by the LCSO.

— Michelle Nichols, 35, of 14508 State Route 7, Proctorville, manufacture illegal drugs by the LCSO.
