Gayle Marie Phillips, 79, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015, at home. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rome Cemetery. Visitation is from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
